These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of voipcedec.com (the "Site") operated by VoIPCedec ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

VoIPCedec is an independent comparison and advisory service. We provide information, comparisons and guidance about business phone numbers and related plans, and we may connect you, at your request, with third-party licensed providers. We are not a telecommunications carrier or a VoIP provider. We do not sell phone numbers, activate service, or process payments for phone service on the Site. Any contract for phone service is solely between you and the provider you choose.

3. Informational purpose; no professional advice

All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Pricing, features and availability described on the Site are illustrative market estimates that change frequently and may not reflect a given provider's current offer. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, financial or telecommunications advice. You are responsible for verifying details directly with a provider before making any decision.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use the Site or any information obtained through it to facilitate unsolicited bulk calling or messaging, automated robocalling, caller-identification spoofing, fraud, harassment, or any activity intended to evade identity verification or violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, carrier messaging rules or other applicable laws. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the Site to transmit malware.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, layout and code, are owned by VoIPCedec or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your own non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party providers and links

The Site references and links to third-party providers and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, pricing, availability or practices of any third party. Your dealings with any provider, including the terms of any contract and any payment, are solely between you and that provider. We encourage you to review each provider's terms before signing up.

7. Affiliate relationships

VoIPCedec may earn a referral commission when you choose a provider through our recommendations, at no additional cost to you. This relationship does not change the price you pay or the substance of our comparisons. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoIPCedec and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any provider you engage through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoIPCedec and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. The provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification, will survive.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
